Equifax Will Revoke Your Right to Link to Their Site

Posted on Feb 15, 2007 by Tom Fragala

Another thing that bugs me about the Equifax service? Take a look at their Terms of Use. This is what they say is their link policy:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create a hypertext link to this Web Site found at http://www.equifax.com/; provided such link does not portray Equifax and/or its affiliates or any of their respective products and services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise defamatory manner. This limited right may be revoked at any time.

Oh, really? Are they saying no one in the world can link to their site while writing something in a disapproving manner? Think about how absurd that is for a second. Uh oh, I guess this blog post is in violation of their terms of use. Now they are going to revoke my “right” to link to them. Dear Equifax (EFX), you can reach me here. Go for it.

Let me parse that link policy language for you. What they are doing is threatening their customers: if you link back to us and say anything that is not nice (in our opinion), we will dump you, or go after you, or both.

lol... I've often thought about that, however, I've never blogged about it..

So... has Equifax contacted you yet? I would imagine they haven't!!

I am Equifax's biggest advocate!

Equifax and their products are crap! They do not care about the accuracy of their credit reporting and when they are told of their errors, they create a conspiracy to cover-up their negligences.

Equifax's lawyer, Stephen Schwartz of Chaitons LLP, tampered documents and submitted them to the Courts of Ontario. Stephen Schwartz should be disbarred.

I have mentioned Equifax in every derogatory way on the internet!

Equifax won't touch me!
Equifax is scared of me!

Come and get me Equifax!
I dare ya!

Equifax is a negligent corporation!

I am Scotiabank's biggest advocate!

Scotiabank (office of the president) are liars and they are conspirators hiding the truth about my identity theft by A Bank of Nova Scotia manager and her client.

Scotiabank's lawyer, Martin Sclisizzi of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, tampered documents and submitted them to the Courts of Ontario. Stephen Schwartz should be disbarred.

Scotiabank does not care about the accuracy of your credit report because they can charge more interest for credit, especially if your credit is damaged and it does not repesent your true credit score.

EQUIFAX IS IN ON THE SCHEME! Because they also get paid for each time that someone views your credit report whether it has errors or not!

Robert Neil Clark - With no JR. Equifax! on Feb 19, 2010

Martin Sclisizzi of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP representing the Bank of Nova Scotia is a fraudulent lawyer who conspired with my-exlawyer to distort the truth, honour and justice. Martin Sclisizzi tampered with court evidence by removing evidences, inappropriately re-arranging evidences and substituting evidence and then re-submitting evidence back into court. Martin Sclisizzi acted for the Bank of Nova Scotia in the cover-up of a Scotiabank manager who committed identity theft using my name to take out loans and dump bad credit on me. Martin Sclisizzi should be reprimended by the Superior Courts of Ontario and his license should be removed by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Unfortunately, Martin Sclisizzi was a former teacher in the LSUC, therefore the Law Society will not investigate him to the proper extent. Martin Sclisizzi, twice told me to change my name to what Equifax has on file (which is not my legal name) in efforts to help Equifax's involvment in thier conspiracy to hide the identity theft since it began!

Martin Sclisizzi tampered evidence and submitted it to the courts. Martin Sclisizzi conspired with Enio Zeppieri, Martin Buhler and Stephen Schwartz to cover-up the history of Scotiabank's negligences.

During discoveries Martin Sclisizzi said "Why don't you change your name to what Equifax has on file!" - Which is not my true name that is on my Birth Certificate, Driver Licence or Social Insurance Card.

During the trial intermission, Martin Sclisizzi approaches me and says "Make it easier on all of and change your name!" - Martin Sclisizzi is a SCUMBAG LAWYER

Martin Sclisizzi tampers evidence and re-submits the tampered evidence back into court.
