Alumni file suit against Ohio U. after data breaches

SANS Institute points to a couple of stories on this breach we reported recently.
Ohio University acknowledged that two alumni filed a lawsuit against the school alleging privacy violations and asking for compensation for any financial losses incurred through identity fraud together with credit monitoring services for all those affected by security breaches.
