Prudentual Health Insurance Customer Data at Risk

Jim Malmberg posts quite a disturbing story of how health insurance customer’s sensitive data is put at risk in a most unusual way. The disturbing part is that there is an easy solution and, if the story is true, sheer laziness or stubbornness is the only apparent reason it hasn’t been fixed. The fix? Simply changing a fax number.
