Posted on Feb 25, 2007 by Tom Fragala
Exciting news! We are finally launching the full public version of our MyTruston service!
Here are the announcement details.
1. Availability February 26th
2. Prevention service free, Recovery service $19.99 / month, while you need it.
3. Find out more www.mytruston.com
The press release hit the wires today. Last week we began talking with the press and blogs about the new release. A number of publications are planning coverage.
In addition, Smart Computing magazine is going to write about us in the "news and notes" section. And two magazines have accepted an article I co-wrote with Michelle about child ID theft: Big Apple Parent (New York) April Issue and The Latest (L.A. Area) March Issue.
Here is a list of some of the key features in this new version (release 3.0 officially):
1. Two additional recovery remedies (Phone/Utility fraud, both new account and existing account)
2. Accept payment to access Recovery
3. Ability to snooze or stop reminders
4. Ability to really deactivate membership
5. Ability to load new Prevention sessions when due
6. Viewing of past and future Prevention sessions
7. Improvements to History Page
8. Minor improvements to Profile Page
9. Full support for task sharing among remedies
10. System message bar
11. Bug fixes: no longer crashes when some answers are changed
12. Content fixes: better titles, more forceful grammar, misc. fixes
Please spread the word to your family and friends to try us out. One pitch you can use:
"mytruston.com has a free ID theft prevention service that is very effective but saves you $130 compared to credit monitoring!"
Thanks for all your help. And especially thanks to our members!
