What to Do If 12DailyPro or StormPay Has Your Money

Have money in 12 Daily Pro? Here’s what to do if you're a victim:

1. File a complaint online with the FBI at www.ic3.gov.
2. Wait.

12 Daily Pro, the Ponzi scheme, and the SEC have signed an agreement and any money left will be dealt with by the appointed receiver. There is no timetable for this. For updates, come back here, go to the SEC web site or 12dailypro website (which is running very slow right now).

Oh, and while you are at it, watch out for fake IC3/FBI emails. Yes, don’t be surprised to get hit by a phishing scam trying to take advantage of people who have already been scammed by 12 Daily Pro. It’s called “re-loading”—scammers love to get you twice.

I am trying to file a complaint with IC3.gov, they are asking for info about 12 daily pro, address etc. I just got into this before it all crashed, does anyone have the address and other info about 12 daily pro to file a complaint against them? thanks, Heidi

Just thought I let you know I had a response from the receiver for 12dailypro. Here it is: Wed. Mar. 29th.
We are unable to provide any information re payback availability, amount or timing as of this date. The procedures for claims have not been established. You will be notified when that happens. We expect to utilize the 12 Daily Pro database and information from Storm Pay and other payment processors to prepare a list which will be used to contact investors by e-mail in the next few weeks. Please visit tlennonfor12dailypro.com for more information and the Court’s most recent ruling regarding chargebacks.
