New version of MyTruston released
Posted on May 15, 2007 by Tom Fragala
You probably did not notice it but we released a new version of the MyTruston service the other night. It includes many new features, especially improvements on the "back end" that users do not see.
These new features include:
1. Multiple case handling.
2. Versioning of content, which allows us to make content/procedure changes that don't effect in progress tasks.
3. Coupons and Promotions.
4. View history by account.
And, the most requested feature by far: fewer reminders! Reminders will now be sent just once a week. We got quite a few complaints that the reminders were more annoyance than helpful. But remember, we only send a reminder when there is something important to do.
If you still want to make a reminder stop, you can login (http://go.mytruston.com/login.aspx) and complete all "to do" tasks (you must click Submit button, and on some tasks select a date it was done). Via your Profile, you can still also snooze a reminder for an additional 7 days or stop them altogether (not recommended). And "rejecting" a task will kill reminders associated with it, but I do not recommend you reject a task just to stop reminders.
Thanks to our phenomenal engineering team for the work on this new release. It really sets us up to take the service in fantastic new directions. Lots of new stuff coming soon.
